We drew inspiration from the AJ6, 7, and 8 to create a new model commemorating MJ's first three-peat. Crafted with leather, cloth, and nubuck details, this sneaker pays homage to the legend while also encouraging the creation of your own custom thick sole. The upper blends elements from the AJ6 and AJ7: the tongue top and modified overlay reference the AJ6, while the half-sock construction of the interior pays homage to the AJ7. The embroidered Nike Air logo on the heel is from the AJ6, the molded heel detail is inspired by the AJ8, and the outsole design also pays homage to the AJ6.
